Senior Municipal Facilities & Grounds Manager
The Town of Apex
The Town of Apex is looking for a Facilities Manager to supervise maintenance and repair of town facilities. This role includes planning, organizing, and directing work involving employees and contractors while developing budgets and overseeing facility projects. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and at least five years of experience in facility management, including supervisory roles.
