Key Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs Administer benefits programs Assist with employee training and development initiatives Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and employees Create and deliver daily/weekly communication updates to support our social media outlets and keep our viewers connected Support and maintain company's culture by fostering initiatives that enhance employee experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in human resources Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr
