A therapist-owned and operated clinic, REACH boasts a collaborative, inter-disciplinary approach to patient care across all disciplines including speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and behavior therapy. Responsibilities Evaluating and treating children with a wide range of abilities (birth to 21 years of age) Providing services in a variety of settings, including clinic, daycare, home, schools, and community Managing your patient caseload and schedule Completing documentation in a thorough and timely manner Developing home exercise plans Collaborating with parents and other therapists on child’s treatment plans and goals The ideal candidate will display strong skills in: Time management, organization, and prioritization Attention to detail & accuracy Verbal and written communication skills Teamwork and relationship building Flexibility to work well both independently and as a member of a team Results-oriented, self-motivated Dedication to continued professional growth and education, initiative in pursuing learning opportunities Critical thinking and creative problem solving Fostering a positive work environment Commitment to patient success Qualifications Experience: Computer skills: 3 years (Required) Pediatric therapy: 1 year (Preferred) Performing evaluations and documenting treatment recommendations: 1 year (Preferred) Medical records software, EMR (Bonus) Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible) #J-18808-Ljbffr Reach Therapy Services Llc
