Step into an established practice with immediate patient demand in Portland, Oregon. The physicians of The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, in partnership with Forefront Dermatology, are seeking a full-time Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced physicians and a skilled clinical support team.

What You'll Do

• Provide cosmetic consultations and treatments, including dermal fillers, BOTOX Cosmetic, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive skin treatments as clinically competent
• Perform minor in-office procedures such as lesion and mole removal
• Assist with GLP-1/wellness clinic patient and prescription management as needed
• Facilitate pre-operative appointments, including patient history and physicals, education, authorizations, consents, and coordination of surgical needs
• Provide post-operative patient care and follow-up
• Assist surgeon(s) with major surgeries at local hospitals and the onsite surgery center as needed
• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care
• Participate in staff education, patient care meetings, and other clinical activities as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Oregon licensure as a PA or NP
• Current national certification and required state licensure/certifications
• Cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic experience preferred
• Surgical experience, particularly assisting in plastic surgery, preferred but not required
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
