As aCWMD Strategy & Policy SME, you'll bring yourstrategic and operational planning expertiseto work alongside thought leaders inAir Force nuclear and CWMD planningsupportingU.S. Air Force operations in the National Capital Region (NCR). You'll integratepolicy, treaty analysis, and operational alignmentinto strategic frameworks that enhance readiness and ensure compliance.

Evaluate treaty deliverables and operational gaps while recommending resilience-focused frameworks for risk mitigation and mission success.

You Have:

• Experiencesupporting high-level Air Force CWMD missions by evaluating operational and policy gaps

• Knowledge ofU.S. Air Force doctrine, CWMD strategies, treaty compliance requirements, and nuclear enterprise operations

• Ability toalign CWMD frameworks and operational strategies with national and Air Force requirements while identifying and mitigating risks associated with operations and deployments

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experienceintegrating Treaty Compliance deliverables and monitoring CWMD readiness for Air Force programs in the NCR

• Knowledge ofMDMP, JCIDS, and Air Force policy development processes

• Ability tocoordinate policy recommendations with senior Air Force leadership and Combatant Commands in alignment with NCR mission goals

• Master's degree in Defense and Strategic Studies, National Security, or Public Policy

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
