Highlights Location : Iselin, NJ Facility : Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule : Full-time What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home. Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs. Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation. Care for patients and their significant others in a holistic manner. Demonstrate knowledge and competency in assigned treatments and procedures. Utilize interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately. Maintain compliance with payor source guidelines and authorizations. Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with physicians on care plans. Implement teaching strategies to meet established goals. Act as clinical supervisor of para-professional home health aide staff.
