To drive visibility into performance and strategy across various business functions, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Engineer will design and maintain data systems, connect production backends to business systems, and analyze data insights, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain business-critical data systems for real-time data access Connect production backends to business systems and organize large-scale data flows Analyze data to create insights that empower teams across the company in decision-making Required qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in a technical area at a high-growth startup Proficiency with Python and familiarity with DBT and Airflow Understanding of SaaS metrics and infrastructure scaling challenges Experience working cross-functionally with various business teams Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
