General Dentist Opportunity – Bennington, Vermont

We are seeking a full-time associate dentist to join a highly productive, well-established practice in Bennington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity where a provider can easily earn $300K+ working a 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) , with no evenings or weekends.

About the Position

This role is open due to a dentist relocating for family reasons. The incoming provider will step into a very strong patient base , with the previous dentist producing over $1M annually and significant earning potential ($400K+ possible ).

Practice Details

• Join 1 other Dentist
• 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• 6 operatories
• 3 Assistants
• 2 Hygienists
• 1 Front Office team member
• 30–40 new patients per month
• 90% adult patient base
• Opportunity to expand into specialty procedures

Typical Office Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (varies)
• No evenings or weekends
