Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Lead Location: Savannah, GA Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Full-Time Pay: $70,000–$80,000 annually Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This direct-hire position is responsible for leading maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and support the daily activities of the maintenance team Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Provide technical support for PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Minimize equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures Train and mentor maintenance technicians as needed Maintain maintenance records and documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Extensive industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and/or electronics background required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Benefits package available IND2 #J-18808-Ljbffr Surge Staffing
