The Good Feet Store is searching for an energetic, results-oriented Store Manager that desires a long term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a “can do” attitude. Compensation: $57,000.00 - $65,999.00 per year RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals Participate in monthly P&L review Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks Responsible for resolving customer service issues REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in retail/sales 1+ years of experience managing a team Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly BENEFITS Competitive salary and bonus potential Paid comprehensive product sales training A professional and fun work environment The Good Feet Store is always searching for energetic, passionate, customer service and sales driven people to join our fast-growing organization.
