Role Requirements

• Current and active Minnesota CNA registration
• 6 Months of experience in LTC or assisted living background
• High school diploma or GED, when required by the facility
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care

What You May Do

As a CNA, you are an essential part of the healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• Taking and documenting vital signs when required
• Reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse on duty
• Preparing resident rooms and assisting with admissions
• Supporting nursing staff with resident care
• Maintaining a clean and safe care environment
• Following facility policies, infection-control procedures, and care plans
• Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents
