As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
• Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Promoting health and a safe environment
• Enhancing the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
• Collaborating with patients, families, and colleagues
• Integrating ethical provisions and research findings into practice
• Providing leadership in the professional practice setting

Requirements for this position include:

• Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Competence in modified primary nursing
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Ability to work varied shifts and on-call as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to support and lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in handling challenging situations and maintaining confidentiality
