Charge RN - Emergency Department

Join the Emergency Department team as a Charge RN, providing leadership in a 16-bed unit that handles urgent and emergent patient needs, from minor injuries to life‑threatening conditions. Responsibilities Coordinating shift assignments based on patient acuity and staff skills, supervising and mentoring RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, overseeing care plans in collaboration with physicians, serving as a clinical resource during high‑risk or emergency situations, and addressing patient and family concerns promptly. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year or 4-year degrees preferred. At least one year of clinical experience, current unrestricted RN license in South Carolina, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. Advanced specialty certifications and professional organization participation are also preferred.
