The Director or Emergency Services will have 24 hour accountability and responsibility for planning, budgeting, and overall direction and operation of Emergency Department, and patient care operations of the hospital.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

Bachelors Degree in Nursing

Above average communication skills in all forms

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC Five (5) years healthcare experience in ER Medicine

VA nursing License

Registered Nursing License

Masters degree in profession, healthcare administration or business administration desirable

Progressive supervisory experience in specialized field with advanced administrative operations management in ER preferred.
