We are seeking PLM Functional Consultants / Business Analysts with 2-10 years of experience to support a large-scale Teamcenter-based PLM modernization program for a leading Aerospace & Defense organization. This role will serve as the bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective Teamcenter solutions while supporting digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Your Role

• Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements from engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
• Map legacy PDM, engineering, and process-planning capabilities to Teamcenter functionalities and best practices.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes, including BOM management, change control, configuration management, and work instruction workflows.
• Identify and evaluate AI-assisted and augmented engineering use cases to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Support Teamcenter solution configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and scope-mapping discussions across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate effectively within a global onshore-offshore delivery model to support successful project execution and user adoption.

Your Skills and Experience

• 2-10 years of experience as a PLM Functional Consultant, PLM Business Analyst, or related role supporting Teamcenter or enterprise PLM solutions.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and test support activities.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter and core PLM processes, including BOM management, change management, configuration management, and process planning.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, facilitating business discussions, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Ability to map legacy engineering and manufacturing processes to modern PLM platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of Aerospace & Defense engineering environments and product development processes is highly desirable.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $89,400 to $166,398

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
