326 Lab Support Material Handler

Shift available: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - $20.00

• Support our reagent manufacturing team by ensuring laboratory personnel have the materials, supplies, and components needed to keep production moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and supporting an operation's success behind the scenes.

312 Warehouse Picker & Packer

Shifts available: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - $20.00 & Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM - $20.00

• These positions are located in our 312 warehouse, where customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Team members remain active throughout the day, averaging 10,000-15,000 steps daily, and will spend time working in a 41-degree cooler environment as part of normal operations.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Operate pallet jacks and receive forklift training opportunities.
• Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support production and warehouse teams to ensure critical healthcare products reach customers on time.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to walk 10,000-15,000 steps daily
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work in a cooler environment (41F) for portions of the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive warehouse and material handling tasks

This is a contract to hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
