On-Site Estimator & Engineer Technician (Civil/Building)

We\'re Hiring — 5 Engineering Support Roles at Fort A.P. Hill, VA Alpha Facilities Solutions, LLC is seeking highly qualified Engineer Technicians to support Sustainment Engineering and administrative oversight for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. These on-site positions are based in Bowling Green, VA. Selected candidates will serve as the primary on-site interface between sub contractors and the Government Representative, helping ensure facility projects stay on schedule and within budget. Candidates must be eligible for employment in the U.S. and able to pass the background checks required for this government contract.
LEAD ENGINEER TECHNICIAN / ESTIMATOR
Serve as the primary on-site manager and technical lead for the DPW Engineering Technician team at Fort A.P. Hill. This role combines the full technical scope of the Engineer Technician position with contract management, administrative oversight, and direct government interfacing. ENGINEER TECHNICIAN / ESTIMATOR (Multiple Openings) Provide technical engineering and on-site support to the DPW at Fort A.P. Hill. You\'ll assist with design, estimating, and solicitation development across a range of civil, HVAC, and building construction projects critical to installation sustainment.WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
