Clinical Pharmacist
MEDSTAR HEALTH
As a Clinical Pharmacist Nights at MedStar Health, you will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services for hospitalized patients during overnight hours. You’ll review and verify medication orders, perform dosing adjustments and therapeutic drug monitoring, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize safe, evidence-based pharmacotherapy. In this patient-first, mission-driven environment, you’ll support code responses, contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives, and educate patients and staff. You’ll work with modern EHR and pharmacy systems while benefiting from robust training, interprofessional collaboration, and career development within a large regional health system committed to clinical excellence and community service.
