Job Description Job Description General Machine Operator $19.00/hour + 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential | Medina, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift We're Hiring - General Machine Operators Join a growing manufacturing team in Medina, Ohio as a General Machine Operator. If you have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! You'll operate mechanical and automated machinery used to manufacture high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission products. What You'll Do Perform quality checks and inspect finished products Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production issues Load and stage materials needed for production Complete production and quality documentation Keep equipment and work areas clean and safe Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and dependable work history Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment Physical Requirements Stand for up to 3 hours at a time Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
