IAM PAM Risk Analyst (Tx, NJ, NC, AZ)

12+ years of experience with as a Risk analyst and consultant with minimum 5+ years experience assessing non-human and privileged access controls and compliance for medium and large enterprise environments • Secrets Management, PAM, IAM (Must have)
• Hashicorp Enterprise Vault, CyberArk
• Applications, AD, LDAP, Directories and Databases
• Excel, PPT (Must have) • 8+ years experience as nalyst and consultant for assessing access controls for SOX, SOC2 audit and compliance
• Prior experience as risk analyst working with application secrets management solutions like Hashicorp and CyberArk
• In depth understanding regulatory framesworks like SOX, SOC2, PCI DSS, ISO27001, HIPAA/HITRUST, etc. specifically for access controls for humans, non-human and privileged access
• Knowledge and understanding of Application Secrets Management processes and lifecycle in PAM domain
• Knowlegee and undertsanding of onboarding / offboarding secrets, usage patterns of secrets, privileged accounts and service accounts, credentials and systems with Hashicorp for secrets management, PAM, SSO, MFA, Authentication
• Skilled in analyzing large excel data sets with tens of thousands of rows, expertise with using pivot tables and vlookups
• Should be methodical with attention to details
• Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
• Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectivley communicating and highlighting them
• Excellent communication skills with Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines • Lead the analysis and risk assement of the access controls and processes enforced in Hashicorp vault for applications, secrets management, humans and non-humans
• Prepare gaps assessment report baselined to regulatory frameworks applicable with recommendations for controls and compliance
• Help plan remediation activities for hashicorp with customer teams
• Prepare presentations and reports for customer stakeholders to inform, plan remediation activities with inputs from the technical architects and project managers
