Contract Specialist I

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Duties & Responsibilities Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and procurement documentation. Supports acquisition planning and contract closeout activities. Reviews contract files for completeness and compliance with applicable regulations. Coordinates with program personnel on procurement actions. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of federal acquisition principles and contract administration Familiarity with FAR and procurement processes Ability to review and manage contract documentation Strong organizational and analytical skills Attention to detail Communication skills Minimum/General Experience 2 years to 4 years of related experience Minimum Education BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent) The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
