Description Tooth Kids LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Certified Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children and help them maintain good oral health. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Job Overview: As a Certified Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our Board Certified Pediatric dentists to provide top-quality dental care to children. Your main duties will include assisting with dental procedures, sterilizing equipment, taking X-rays, and educating patients and parents on proper oral hygiene. Responsibilities Sterilize and prepare dental instruments Take and process patient X-rays Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene Help with front desk tasks as needed Requirements Experience working with children preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Dentrix experience is a plus X-ray certification preferred Coronal Polishing certificate preferred CPR/BLS Certified Tooth Kids LLC is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity.
