Highlights of the Role: Location : Woodstock, VA Schedule : 8hours/week,onsite Duration : Open-ended Facility Type : 88-bed long-term care facility Start Date : Two weeks Experience : LTC and MDS experiencepreferred (not required) Your AssignmentWill Include: Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes Completing MDS - Section K Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA Requirements: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks Why Work With Us?
