Our team is supported by a dedicated in-house call center that dispatches plumbers efficiently so you can focus on what you do best. We provide fully stocked work trucks, gas cards, uniforms, and the tools needed to succeed. We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, safety-focused, comfortable using smartphones, tablets and software in the field, and committed to integrity and outstanding service. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, enthusiastic, and solutions-based customer service on every callPresent service options and assist customers in making informed decisionsUphold company integrity by recommending only necessary servicesPerform all plumbing work with technical excellence in accordance with industry standards, codes, and company warrantiesMaintain current licenses, certifications, and required safety trainingUse tablets, computers, mobile devices, and company software to complete required documentation, reports, and approvalsCollaborate with operations managers and field supervisors to complete assignments safely, on time, and within budgetMaintain assigned vehicle, truck stock, and inventory to ensure efficiency and professional appearanceDirect and support apprentice plumbers when assignedOther duties as assignedTechnical Duties IncludeAssemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.Direct helpers engaged in pipe cutting, preassembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components.Maintain or repair plumbing by replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, or opening clogged drains.Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to required angle, using hand or power tools or machines, such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines.Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.Estimate time, material, or labor costs for use in project plans.Inspect structures to assess material or equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, or to plan installation around obstructions, such as electrical wiring.Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes or pipe fittings, using hand or power tools.Weld small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials, such as computer-assisted welding or microchip fabrication.Qualifications RequiredValid Texas Journeyman Plumber LicenseMinimum 2 years of experience as a licensed commercial plumber in TexasClean driving recordAbility to pass Background Check and Drug ScreeningComfortable using tablets, smartphones, and field service softwarePreferred2+ years of commercial service experienceExperience with ServiceTitanAbility to read blueprintsBackflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) certificationIf you are a licensed Journeyman Plumber who values integrity, professionalism, and technical excellence, we encourage you to apply and join a team that supports your success in the field.
