Victor’s Café, a historic Cuban restaurant in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, is hiring experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team.
Since 1963, Victor’s Café has been known for authentic Cuban cuisine, warm hospitality, and a commitment to quality. We are looking for dependable, motivated cooks who take pride in their work and perform well in a busy kitchen.

What We Are Looking For
- At least one year of line cook experience, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean workstation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
