Member Experience & Front Desk Specialist

The Planet Fitness Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. Key duties include greeting members and guests, handling front desk tasks, checking members in, giving tours to prospective members, updating member accounts, and maintaining club cleanliness. A high school diploma and 18+ are required, with a passion for fitness and reliability valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
