Staff AI Engineer — Remote, Scalable AI Systems

Capital One is hiring a Staff AI Engineer for a remote-eligible role. You will partner with engineers, scientists, PMs, and managers to deliver AI-powered products and scalable AI infrastructure.

The ideal candidate designs and deploys AI components, including foundation model training, inference, similarity search, and guardrails, using a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS tools. You will influence the AI systems roadmap and governance at Capital One.
