Life Insurance Sales Agent

Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time licensed life insurance agent to join our team! You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Even if you’re not licensed, our fast-track program will guide you through getting licensed in as little as a few weeks. We will also sponsor your pre-licensing classes for those who are a good fit. If you have a strong drive to succeed, great communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you. Hybrid Sales Platform - Face-to-Face or Virtual (telesales/zoom) available No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. Responsibilities Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Skilled with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus Requirements Must pass a background check AND be at least 18 years old to get licensed (if not already) Growth mindset Optimistic attitude Persistence to learn new skills Compensation $60,000 - $300,000 $60,000-$300,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr VLD Group
