• We are hiring immediately for a full time PANTRY COORDINATOR position.
• Location : NBC - 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous food service and hospitality experience preferred.
• Pay Range:  $22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
• Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receives and verifies deliveries of beverages, coffee supplies, snacks, and pantry items, reconciles order discrepancies, and checks products for expiration dates upon delivery.

  •  

    Stocks and maintains office pantry areas, ensuring proper inventory levels, correct storage of perishable items, refrigeration of cold products, and first-in, first-out (FIFO) product rotation.

  •  

    Records deliveries and transactions accurately, maintaining accountability for products, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collections, and receipts.

  •  

    Provides customer service by resolving complaints, promoting new products and services, setting up promotional displays, and performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on office coffee and water equipment.

Job Summary

Summary : Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
