Our client in Louisville is looking for screen printers to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Effectively work with artwork layout and positioning to ensure precise prints.
• Gain proficiency in operating and maintaining the production line for seamless workflow.
• Accurately read and follow work orders to meet production requirements.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create or modify print designs, ensuring adherence to typography and layout standards.
• Applied skills in coating, imaging, and building screens for optimal print quality (preferred).
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and best practices in production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in pre-press operations, including layout and positioning of artwork.
• At least 1 year of experience in both automatic and manual screen printing is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Pay & Schedule: $17-19 M-F 8am to 5pm
