Volunteer: Executive Coaching for Board Leadership Development

Volunteer Executive Coaching This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with our Board of Trustees. Scope of Coaching We need coaching services on the following areas: Nonprofit Management and Nonprofit Leadership Recruitment (Board of Directors, Executive Team, Committees). Deliverables A brief initial assessment of the Board's current leadership gaps. 10-12 weekly 60‑minute coaching sessions focused on Nonprofit Management and Leadership Recruitment. A final summary report or 'Leadership Roadmap' with recommendations for ongoing implementation. Coaching Schedule The volunteer will meet with the Board of Trustees 1-2 times per week for 60‑90 minute sessions for the next 30‑90 days. Recognition and Appreciation A certificate of Appreciation. A Letter of Acknowledgment & Recommendation after successful completion. Social Media Posting showcasing the volunteer’s contributions. Opportunity for leadership roles within the Organization.
