JOB SUMMARYWorks under minimal supervision to provide administrative support to researchers by identifying funding opportunities, assisting with preparation and processing of proposals, negotiating contracts, receiving awards, and assisting in administration.-Coordinate project logistics for complex proposal development efforts, including timelines, meetings, action items, and proposal tracking.-Participate in proposal planning and help identify project support needs while clarifying roles and responsibilities among investigators, departmental staff, RDO, and institutional partners.-Facilitate communication and coordination among faculty investigators, research administration, and institutional partners throughout the proposal development process.BENEFITSUT Southwestern is proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
