Here, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of insurance and make a meaningful impact.Your Role: As a wholesale instant quote sales specialist, you will play a key role in growing new business by increasing customer engagement with USLI’s phone and web quoting platforms. You’ll build meaningful relationships with customers, support them through training and marketing efforts and partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless quoting experience.Key Responsibilities:Drive customer engagement: Increase submissions, quote count and premium growth by promoting and supporting the use of our quoting platformsBuild strong partnerships: Meet regularly with assigned customers virtually and in-person to demonstrate systems, provide training and review resultsLead training and outreach efforts: Deliver onboarding and ongoing education through webinars, in-person sessions and custom marketing campaignsSupport customer success: Provide hands-on assistance with marketing support, employee training and system implementationMonitor performance trends: Review quote activity weekly, identify trends and follow up with customers to help them meet submission goalsCollaborate across teams: Partner with underwriting, leadership, business development managers and sales managers to align on strategy and executionFoster communication: Build strong working relationships with key contacts, including customer leadership and marketing teamsIdentify and escalate challenges: Proactively surface issues to internal leadership or customer contacts for timely resolutionStay engaged: Participate in internal meetings, team conferences and additional projects as neededWhat You’ll Bring:Relationship-building experience: Proven ability to develop authentic and productive business relationshipsClear communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiencesCustomer-first mindset: A passion for helping others succeed with a professional and service-oriented approachInitiative and creativity: A self-starter who is organized, dependable and able to develop creative solutionsAdaptability and growth mindset: Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback and continuously develop professionallyQualifications: Travel: Willingness to travel for in-person customer visits Industry experience: Two or more years in the property and casualty insurance industry, specializing in commercial, professional or personal linesProfessional development: Currently pursuing or open to pursuing industry designations like CPCU or RPLUAcceptable driving record is requiredWe offer uncapped bonuses, a collaborative culture and the opportunity to grow and learn!What We Offer: One of the advantages of working at USLI is the competitive salary and benefits program we offer full-time and eligible part-time employees.
