We are passionate about creating meaningful change for children and families through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and caring Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities, implementing individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on, rewarding position for someone who loves working with kids and is committed to making a real difference every day. RESPONSIBILITIES • Implement ABA therapy programs as designed and directed by the supervising BCBA • Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session • Use positive reinforcement strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each learner • Communicate openly with the clinical team regarding client progress and session notes • Complete session documentation in a timely and accurate manner • Participate in regular supervision meetings and training REQUIREMENTS • Active RBT certification (BACB) OR CBT certification — required • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred • Strong communication, reliability, and a team-first attitude • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines • Must be able to pass a background check • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and certification) • Flexible scheduling • Supportive, small-team environment with direct BCBA supervision • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement • A mission-driven workplace where your work truly matters HOW TO APPLY If you are passionate about ABA, love working with children, and want to be part of a team that is making a radiant change — we want to hear from you!
