Your Role: As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.
Position: Onsite Coordinator (Seasonal)
Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMshift, weekends and overtime as needed.
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine. Bereavement, Anniversary Date, Paid Sick Leave
Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees
- Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Handle workers' compensation and injury events
- Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
- Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment
- Manage timekeeping for employee hours
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
- Keep the employee database updated
- Undertake additional tasks as directed
What We Require:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong client service and relationship skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
