Role: Registered Nurse in ICU/PCU providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment. Responsibilities Deliver top of scope nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Precept and mentor new staff or students, supporting their clinical development. Apply evidence-based practices and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain clinical competency through ongoing education and specialty training. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license. Minimum 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program. Current ACLS and BLS certification (BLS through AHA or American Red Cross).
