Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, LD Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MI Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); CERT-Adv. FHM(Copy needed); CERT-STABLE(Copy needed) Weekends: Variable, will be filling any staff holes Scrub Colors: Navy, but provided by hospital SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 36 months Must be able to work mother baby caring for normal newborn, second nurse in delivery caring for baby, experience recovering c section.
