Compensation:

$102,300 - $192,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and client management strategies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your market knowledge and sales skills.
• Utilize company-provided systems to prospect for new clients and maintain a robust client database.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to ensure they meet client expectations and market standards.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with comprehensive information and insights.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License Or In the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, enhancing your real estate knowledge.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work culture.

• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and property listings.
