Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Manhattan, NY and Northern New Jersey

argenx seeks a Neurology Territory Business Manager to support launches and indication expansion in the Manhattan area. The role involves territory planning, healthcare professional engagement, and driving sales objectives through collaboration with internal and field-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory strategy and market plans aligned with launch priorities
- Engage with assigned healthcare providers and infusion/specialty pharmacy partners
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams on customer strategy
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and launch objectives
- Maintain timely account plans, activity logs, and CRM submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Product launch experience
- Understanding of market access and specialty pharmacy dynamics
- Must reside in New York, Newark, or Paterson area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
