Nonprofit HR Generalist - Hybrid, Client-Facing
ContinuServe, LLC.
ContinuServe is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist for its nonprofit division. The role covers talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, and compliance, with emphasis on performance management and employee relations. You will interpret policies and provide creative HR solutions for clients and staff. This client-facing hybrid position requires on-site support in South Chicago 2–3 days a week.
