About the Role

As General Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the business.

You'll oversee daily bar and restaurant operations while driving guest satisfaction, team performance, profitability, and operational consistency. This role requires a strong floor presence, effective communication, and the ability to lead confidently during busy service periods.

• Manage restaurant financial performance and P&L results
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships

• Partner with culinary leadership on daily execution
• Manage POS and reservation systems
• Coordinate private events and special programming

• Inventory, purchasing, and cost-control experience
• Proven success developing and retaining teams
