Store Manager

We’re partnering with a well-known cannabis brand and retailer to hire a Retail General Manager for their Cincinnati, OH location. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced retail operator who knows how to build strong teams, create an exceptional customer experience, and drive consistent store performance. The ideal candidate brings proven cannabis retail experience along with a background in high-volume traditional retail. We’re looking for someone who understands that great retail is about more than hitting a sales number - it’s about developing people, creating a strong store culture, maintaining operational discipline, and delivering a customer experience that keeps people coming back. What You’ll Own Lead all day-to-day operations of a high-volume cannabis retail location Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team Own store sales, KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance Create a customer-first environment that reflects the brand and its values Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, compliance requirements, and operational standards Analyze store performance and use data to identify opportunities for growth Partner with regional and corporate leadership on initiatives, promotions, and business objectives Maintain strong inventory controls and minimize shrink, loss, and operational inefficiencies Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Prior cannabis retail management experience is required Experience managing a high-volume retail environment, ideally with significant team and sales responsibility Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing retail teams Comfortable managing KPIs, sales performance, labor, inventory, and store-level financials Strong operational instincts and attention to detail Customer-obsessed with a genuine passion for creating memorable retail experiences Confident, hands-on leader who is comfortable being on the floor and leading by example Strong understanding of cannabis compliance and the unique operational requirements of regulated retail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Why This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a recognized brand with an established retail presence and make a meaningful impact at the store level.
