As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Coordination in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support badge-related processes. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems to document activity and assist visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate common areas, building perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unauthorized access, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol records in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
