Fulfillment Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site)Green Ladder TechnologiesGreen Ladder Technologies is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. This role is an integral part of our companys success, ensuring that our products move efficiently from inventory to customer delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Position OverviewThe Fulfillment Specialist will oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This is an on-site position working closely with our warehouse and logistics teams.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end fulfillment operations, including order processing, production coordination, and shipment executionCreate, schedule, and oversee work orders and product builds to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet demand forecastsMonitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages, excess stock, and production delaysCoordinate picking, kitting, packing, and shipping activities to support efficient manufacturing and fulfillment workflowsEnsure all products are built, packaged, and shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company quality standardsWork closely with the Warehouse Manager and Logistics Coordinator to align production schedules, labor, and outbound logistics for maximum efficiency and cost controlMaintain accurate inventory, production, and fulfillment records within inventory and warehouse management systemsDevelop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing builds, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillmentIdentify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, accuracy, and operational performance Qualifications & RequirementsProven analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skillsPrior experience with warehouse operations and fulfillment processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesBusiness-level oral and written communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaried position based on experienceHealth, dental and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Employer funded 401(k)Close-knit team environment with opportunities for professional growth and career developmentIf youre looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing company and take ownership of fulfillment operations, wed love to hear from you.
