Position requires professional presentation of jewelry pieces, and delivery of optimal customer experience. Conducting minor repairs and cleaning of client goods, in order to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction. Associates guide customers in selecting jewelry that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. Assisting in jewelry design, with regard to materials, price detail and customer care. Competency in jewelry repair/pricing is also required. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for client interaction. Position requires ability to relay clear explanation of jewelry repair/design instructions and provide precise cost estimates.
