Fort Myers & Cape Coral, FL
Part-Time 20 hours (With Full-Time Growth Opportunity)
Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
$16–$22 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are hiring an experienced cleaner with leadership potential who wants to grow into a Team Lead role.

Requirements

✔ Prior professional cleaning experience
✔ High attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Available 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM-10 PM
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Background check required
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Growth Path

We are hiring with the intention of developing this role into a Team Lead position responsible for:

Supervising team members
Quality inspections
Training new hires
Maintaining service standards at luxury properties

Leadership pay increases available based on performance.
