Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast‐paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including CNC machinery, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Maintain and service air compressors and related systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Install, align, and rebuild mechanical components as needed.
• Perform basic fabrication work using shop equipment and tools (cutting, grinding, fitting, etc.).

Electrical Maintenance

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems up to 480V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Install and maintain motors, sensors, switches, lighting, and basic control circuits.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters, megohm meters, and other diagnostic tools.

General Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders, PM logs, parts usage, and other required documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Support production teams to meet operational goals.
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and PPE requirements.
