SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but it must clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Experience planning, implementing, evaluating, and advising management officials on various civilian personnel programs and services. Experience developing guidance and instructions related to personnel programs. Experience utilizing analysis techniques to analyze command operations and practices to identify areas of non-compliance, and problem areas such as work distribution, staffing inadequacies, and inappropriate use of resources. Experience conducting research, gathering, and analyzing data, compiling reports, and utilizing charts and spreadsheets to improve methods or corrective actions for compliance. This position is within the Work Category SUPERVISION & MANAGEMENT at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE , Series and Grade GG-0343-13 .
