Video Editor Location: Orlando, FL (Primarily Onsite) Employment Status: Direct Hire Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits We're seeking a Video Editor to join a growing in-house marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content Creators, who handle the filming and production of content, while you take ownership of the post-production process. You’ll transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos designed for today’s social-first audience. If you’re highly organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy turning raw footage into compelling content, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Partner closely with a team of Content Creators who capture video footage in-house Take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives Edit short-form, social-first videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Add graphics, transitions, motion elements, sound, and visual effects to enhance content performance Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain brand consistency across all video assets Collaborate with marketing and creative stakeholders to bring campaign concepts to life What We’re Looking For Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with After Effects and motion graphics Advanced skills in Canva Understanding of social-first content and current video trends Highly organized with excellent project management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Nice to Have Experience creating content for consumer brands Knowledge of video performance best practices across social platforms Photography, videography, or production experience Why Join?
