We partner closely with teams across the business to build sourcing strategies that match Aircall's priorities and turn spend into real value.We're a small, hands-on team with an AI-first mindset, using automation and data to cut the busywork and spend our time where it matters.Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and InfoSec to align sourcing with the business and structure sound commercial and risk terms.The Difference You Will MakeYou'll be the sourcing partner for Aircall's Technology organization, one of our largest and most complex areas of spend. Working with the Director of Procurement and our technical teams, you'll help shape sourcing strategy, run negotiations, and stay ahead of renewals before they land on us. You'll also be someone who can dig into the details of a deal and challenge the business on supplier choices, scope, and timelines when it leads to a better outcome. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable jumping in and adding value from day one.A Typical DayPartner with Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT leadership to understand platform needs, business requirements, and technology roadmaps.Develop sourcing and category strategies across cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, AI/ML services, developer tooling, and security technologies.Lead complex sourcing events including supplier discovery, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing models, and long-term cost structures, including usage-based and consumption pricing.Map contract renewals and business initiatives several quarters in advance so sourcing stays ahead of demand.Partner with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to structure scalable commercial terms, data-protection provisions, and risk protections.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, working with them on supplier choices, scope, and timelines to reach the best commercial outcome.Use AI-enabled tools and structured analysis to compare supplier proposals and generate negotiation insights.Build strong partnerships with technology leaders so sourcing is embedded early in platform investment decisions.Simplify sourcing processes and improve the decision frameworks technology stakeholders rely on.Your Expertise6+ years of experience in technology procurement.Experience sourcing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or IT services.Strong commercial negotiation experience with technology suppliers.Comfortable challenging the business on scope, timelines, and supplier choices.Strong analytical skills, including financial models, supplier comparisons, and contract terms.Experience using data, automation, or AI tools in your work.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred: experience managing subprocessor-type vendor relationships (DPAs, data residency, SLAs).Preferred: experience with Zip, NetSuite, or IroncladBase salary range:$90,000 - $130,000 USDWhy join us?Key moment to join Aircall in terms of growth and opportunitiesOur people matter, work-life balance is important at AircallFast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spirit45+ Nationalities: cosmopolite & multi-cultural mindsetCompetitive salary package & benefitsDE&I Statement: At Aircall, we believe diversity, equity and inclusion – irrespective of origins, identity, background and orientations – are core to our journey.We pride ourselves on promoting active inclusion within our business to foster a strong sense of belonging for all.
